"Dream on mate, you gotta have rocks in your head to wanna become a Hollywood actor."
Bryan stood there with a stern look on his face.
"You gotta have contacts, and money, and a lotta luck before that sort of stuff even gets off the ground."
The only dreams Bryan had, was when he was asleep.
"I reckon you should get a job in marketing, you're an ideas man, aren't you?"
And yet there he was, inadvertently trying to crush someone else's dream.
Perry slowly nodded his head.
But he wasn't answering Bryan's question.
Instead, he was agreeing with himself.
Agreeing with the fact, that mentioning his goal in life to this particular person was an error.
And that an error typically results in an unfavourable outcome.
Fortunately though for Perry, as is often the case for those on the right path, his false step turned out favourably.
Quite favourably in fact, because Bryan's words had actually inspired Perry to dream on about his goal, both night and day.
